I will tell you one of my secrets of being an above-average-waiter. The secret word is proactivity, anticipating on (un)expected situations. The biggest fun is when your guest doesn’t expect this. If you work in a restaurant with a lot of kids with dolls or puppets, it’s a great way to have fun. Imagine that you it’s a voodoo doll so everything the kid does, acts on you.
